About the Hotels:
Our packages are designed to make your travel easier and comfortable. We offer a range of carefully selected hotels classified based on local ratings which can vary from country to country. The circuit is located on the edge of Istanbul, away from the city center and attraction areas. You may choose to arrange your accommodation towards the circuit, or prefer to stay in city center and be close to attraction areas. Whatever your preferences are, we can arrange every type of accommodation, even not listed in our hotels list. Please mention your requests and expectations to our sales staff clearly so that they can assist and advise you with right alternatives.

Single Accommodation:
Single rooms are available on all hotels at a supplement. This is payable because hoteliers charge more for a single occupant in a room, than they do for each of two people sharing a room. Naturally, all hotels offer the same welcome and hospitality to all our clients, but you should be aware that single rooms are sometimes smaller and less well appointed than twin rooms. Three-bedded rooms are usually twin rooms with an extra bed. Check-in time is 12:00 pm in all hotels and check-out time is normally between 10:00 am and midday on the day of departure. You should arrange your flights accordingly.

International Flights:
Although our packages are land only and exclusive of any flights from / to Istanbul, to make the program and the arrangements more convenient, we suggest you to consult our sales team before making any flight reservations. Upon request, we can help with flight bookings as well.

ITINERARY:

9th Aug 2008:
Welcome to Istanbul. Our transfer staff will meet you at the airport according to your flight schedule and take you to your hotel. You will have the evening free for discovering Istanbul and having some rest.

10th Aug 2008:
Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast at the hotel. We will meet you at the hotel lobby at about 08:15, our coach will depart at 08:30 from the circuit. We spend all day at the track, watching qualifyings, support races, shopping official goods and enjoying the wonderful circuit. We meet at the Main Vending Area at 17:00, and our coach will leave at 17:15.

11th May 2008:
Today is the race day, so in order not to get caught in the traffic, after having the breakfast at the hotel, our guides will come to the hotel lobby at 07:45, and the coach will leave at 08:00. The race will start at 15:00, until that time we enjoy the circuit facilities and support races, as well as the drivers parade. We meet at the Main Vending Area at 17:00, and our coach will leave at 17:15.

12th May 2008:
Our guides will come to the hotel 3 hours before your flight. Please do your check-out and get ready at the lobby. We will transfer you to the airport just at the right time (2 hrs prior to flight departure is sufficient) For those who booked for extra nights will get ready like the same on their departure day.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
All transfers will be done according to race timetable. Guests who would like to arrive late and depart early can use the free shuttle service provided by the city municipality. The shuttle timetable is given at the back.

The “stop” at the track will be a drop-off. This means that the bus will NOT wait at the same place after disembarking the passengers. It will go to the designated parking lot and will NOT come back until departure time, so don’t leave any of your personal materials in the bus.

The coach will disembark all passengers at the main entrance gate. From there you can either walk to your grandstand, or you can choose to take the “RING” service inside the circuit. The Ring service departs just nearby the Main Entrance Gate.

All Passengers will be dropped off at their hotel when returned from the circuit. Stops at other places are not available.

Since we depart at early morning, you can request a wake-up service and early breakfast service from the reception and/or concierge.

The check-out time in all hotels is 12:00 pm, so if you have an afternoon or evening flight, you should empty your rooms at 12:00pm. You can request the hotel to keep your luggage in safe, so that you can enjoy your time until the informed pick-up time from the hotel.
