TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING FORM
To book a package or a ticket from TurkeyGrandPrix.com, you must complete the booking form provided in our website. That form must be completed by a person who is at least 18 years of age. He/she must sign the booking form, therefore agreeing to the terms set out below. Your booking will be confirmed once we receive the tour price with your booking form. Your registration is based on the terms set out herein.

TICKET PURCHASES
Ticket prices are guaranteed at the time an order is placed.

100% full payment must be received in order to guarantee a ticket purchase.

A confirmation will be sent upon full payment and a receipt is issued with the tickets.

TurkeyGrandPrix.com reserves the right to provide alternative tickets of equivalent value or upgrades at no extra cost to the client should the original order become unavailable.

All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellation of ordered tickets.

All tickets are sent by DHL Worldwide Express Delivery.

Transactions are accepted in Euros (EUR/€).

CANCELLATION (FOR HOTELS ONLY)
Cancellation must be made in writing by the person who signed the reservation form. The cancellation date shall be the date of receipt of the cancellation letter at our offices. Depending on the day we receive your cancellation letter, the following cancellation fees will apply:

More than 90 days before departure: 25%
60 to 90 days before departure: 50%
30 to 60 days before departure:75%
Less than 30 days before departure: 100%

LIABILITY
TurkeyGrandPrix.com shall not be held responsible for any claims, including personal or property damages, delays, illness, extreme fatigue, loss of use, resulting from:
1) Default, negligence, omission or overbooking on the part of one of the suppliers.
2) illness, strike, theft, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, government or police restrictions, war, terrorist act, weather conditions or any other cause beyond our control, including any changes made to the itinerary as a result of these events.
3) any damages resulting from the traveler's physical condition, food poisoning, health problems, accident during the trip, etc.
4) bankruptcy, suspension of a supplier or carrier's business

PRICES
The prices listed in our website are subject to change without prior notice and are given in Euro.

RACE CANCELLATION
If the race is cancelled due to bad weather or conditions beyond TurkeyGrandPrix.com's control, such as a strike, war or terrorism attack, TurkeyGrandPrix.com shall not be held responsible and will attempt to make new travel and hotel arrangements. Any extra charges for new accommodations and transportation will be reflected in the your final invoice.
