IMPORTANT DETAILS (valid only for ticket sales for Turkish Grand Prix)

When will the tickets be delivered?
Tickets for races are almost always available around 2-3 weeks prior to the event, which means the delivery can take place around 10-15 days prior to the race, to the address you mention on your booking. All tickets are sent by DHL Worldwide Express Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt at the billing address. If you are expecting tickets please ensure that there will be someone available at the address given, to sign for them. Next day delivery is assured for most parts of Europe. For the overseas and the rest of Europe it takes two working days. All other destinations take between 3-5 working days. These times are indications and no rights can be reserved on the basis of this. If the delivery period does not suit your travel plans please do not hesitate to contact us to make alternate arrangements. Note that the tickets are not available for collection at the circuit.

Tracking of your tickets
As soon as the shipment is prepared you will receive an email by us with the airway bill number. With this number you can track the package from the DHL website. A link is also included in the notification email.

Delivery cost
We use a flat fee for DHL worldwide express delivery which is 45 Euro on all orders. Please note that only paid tickets will be delivered.

Notes

1) 100% full payment must be received in order to guarantee a ticket or package purchase. A confirmation will be sent upon full payment to the fax number/email you state in the booking form.

2) All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellation of ordered tickets. Transactions are accepted in Euros (EUR/€). In case of an emergency (burglary, lost in the mail, etc) no reprints of the tickets & no refunds.

3) Ticket prices listed in our website and booking forms are subject to change anytime due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, without any prior notice.

4) Junior tickets are valid under 15 years of age, ID control will be done in the entrance gates.
